Personal page in duplicate should be carefully filled in by the parent at the beginning of the academic session. The student must reach at least five minutes before the first bell. The gate will be closed at 8.40 am and the students who reach the school after that will have to stay back, till the beginning of the next period. All must be regular and punctual and no students can leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the principal. Those students who reach the school early should be in their own classes studying silently.
Withdrawal of children from classes during school hours is not permitted. Parents who want to take their children to hospital etc. are advised not to send their children to school for a session or half day as the case may be, but the leave should be recorded in their diary.
Immorality, grave insubordination contempt of authority or wilful damage to property is always sufficient reason for grave disciplinary action Leave application for less than three days should be submitted to the respective class teachers while that for a longer period should be addressed to the principal. If student is absent continuously for more than ten days without authorization, his/her name will be struck off from the rolls. Application on medical grounds should be countersigned by an appropriate medical authority.
No child suffering from contagious diseases will be allowed to attend the class. Pupils should be simple and modest in their dress. Gold ornaments should not be used. Playing in class rooms and corridors is strictly prohibited. Students shall neither borrow nor lend money or exchange articles.
Students while moving along the corridors or while going up down the staircase, should always keep left. No student is allowed to go home during the school hours except for extreme necessity and escorted by guardian or on producing proper letter from parent / STUDENTS HAVE TO CONVERSE STRICTY IN ENGLISH IN THE SCHOOL CAMPUS, CLASS ROOM, BUS, BUS STOP ETC.
Criticism of the staff by parents should be avoided in the presence of children. All communications (requests, complaints, etc.) must be addressed to the principal only. Dealing either with the teachers or non-teaching staff directly is prohibited. Students should be polite and courteous and greet their teachers, and elders’ .Students should not scratch or damage School furniture, write or draw on the walls. Any damages to the school property will have to be made good. General Instructions All girls must plait their hair in two ponies. No girls should attend the class with their hair left loose. The length of the skirts should stay below the knees. On Wednesday students shall wear white uniforms with white canvas shoe and white socks and tie. STD 11th and 12th students will wear white uniform on Wednesday every first Wednesday special house-coats are compulsory.
